Rent two units of the property, which can accommodate 13 people–perfect for a large group gathering. One apartment on the second floor (steps required) and one apartment on the first floor, but steps apart. Included are four bedrooms, two full baths, two family rooms, and two fully stocked kitchens.

Accommodates 19 people – Newly renovated building has four apartments, and you will have access to three of them! Two are on the first floor and one is on the second floor (steps required). They are not connected but are steps away from each other. You will have Six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three kitchens.

Accommodates 23 people- the Walnut Street Retreat building consists of four apartments, and you will have all of them! Each has its own entrance, but literally steps away from each other. Two are on the first floor, and two are on the second floor(steps required). Washer and Dryer are included for use.

					  Loved these apartments! We had 8 people meet down in Kentucky for my daughter's 30th. Both apartments were clean and loved how both of them were decorated! My daughter and her kids stayed in the upstairs one and we stayed in the downstairs one with our cousins from California.  We made our apartment "the hub". Great location! Close to aquarium,  restaurants  and grocery store. Lauri was a great hostess,  kept in touch with us and asked if we needed anything. If we are ever down that way again we will definitely stay here!
